- 250 ml fresh watermelon juice
- 20 ml lime juice
- 1 g pink salt
- 200 ml soda water
- 150 g ice cubes
- 1 drop EcoNfuse Citrus Mint Blend
Method
Step by step
- Stir the watermelon juice, lime juice and pink salt together in a jug.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the watermelon mix over the ice to about three-quarters full, then top with soda water.
- Add 1 drop EcoNfuse Citrus Mint Blend and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and serve chilled.
