1. Purpose and Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the official EcoNfuse website, econfuse.com, and any other direct consumer channel operated by Ecospice Ingredients Private Limited, unless a separate written commercial agreement applies.

EcoNfuse products are concentrated, food-grade liquid spice extracts. Because they are consumable food products supplied in sealed bottles, returns are limited for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law or where the issue relates to a confirmed product defect, damaged delivery, wrong item, or food-safety concern.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The bottle is unopened, unused, and unsealed only where a defect or damage claim requires verification.
  • All tamper-evident seals are intact, except where the product is damaged in transit or defective.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels, cartons, accessories, and invoices available.
  • You provide a valid order ID, invoice, payment confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind, taste preference, accidental ordering, or similar reasons:

  • Opened, used, unsealed, or partially consumed bottles.
  • Food products where hygiene or food safety may be compromised after delivery.
  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotion, except where defective, damaged, expired, wrong, or unsafe.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and digital coupons, except where the order is affected by verified damage, defects, incorrect items, or logistics issues before delivery.
  • Custom blends, bulk orders, wholesale orders, or personalised products made to order.

Consumer-protection clarification: Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights for defective goods, damaged goods, wrong products, expired products, unsafe products, or products materially different from what was advertised.

5. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Unsafe Products

Please inspect your order immediately on delivery. If the product is damaged, leaking, defective, expired, unsafe, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please share:

  • Order ID and invoice details.
  • Clear photographs or video of the product, outer package, inner packaging, label, batch details, and damage/defect.
  • A short description of the issue and whether you prefer replacement or refund.

After verification, we may offer replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable remedy depending on the issue and applicable law.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email care@econfuse.com with your order ID, issue description, photographs where applicable, and preferred resolution.
  2. Our team will review the request and, if accepted, provide return-shipping instructions. Do not send any product back without written return approval from EcoNfuse.
  3. Approved returns must be sent to: Ecospice Ingredients Private Limited, 13-172/A-BLVL Road, Pancode PO, Pancode, Eranakulam, Kerala-682310, India.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a confirmed EcoNfuse error, wrong item, defective product, or transit damage, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as communicated by our support team.
  • For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping and safe packaging costs are borne by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that return packages are securely packed to avoid leakage or breakage during transit.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, UPI provider, or payment gateway may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the refund is not visible, please contact care@econfuse.com with your order ID.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every product. The fastest method is to return the eligible item after approval and place a fresh order for the required item. For wrong, damaged, defective, or unsafe products, we may directly arrange a replacement where stock and serviceability permit.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the shipping label is generated or the order is handed over to the carrier, cancellation may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
