Citrus Mint Pomegranate Punch

What you'll need

• 300 ml pomegranate juice
• 200 ml orange juice
• 30 ml lime juice
• 25 ml sugar syrup
• 300 ml chilled soda water
• 200 g ice cubes
• 1 orange, sliced
• 4 drops EcoNfuse Citrus Mint Blend

Step by step

1. In a jug, mix the pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice and sugar syrup.
2. Fill wine glasses three-quarters with ice.
3. Pour the juice mix over the ice in each glass.
4. Add 4 drops EcoNfuse Citrus Mint Blend to the remaining mix in the jug and stir once, then top each glass with soda water.
5. Float the orange slices on top and serve at once.
