Ingredients

- 200 g ripe mango pulp
- 10 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 250 ml chilled soda water
- 150 g ice cubes
- 2 drops EcoNfuse Lemon Extract
- 1 drop EcoNfuse Fresh Pudina
Method
Step by step
- Blend the mango pulp with the lime juice, 2 drops EcoNfuse Lemon Extract and sugar syrup until smooth.
- Fill a tall glass halfway with ice and pour the mango mix over it.
- Top up slowly with chilled soda water.
- Add 1 drop EcoNfuse Fresh Pudina and stir once, gently, to keep the fizz.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately with a straw.
