Sambaram Liquid Spice Extract (Kerala Buttermilk Masala)
Kerala's everyday buttermilk drink, measured into a drop. Cooling, savoury and the same every single glass.
Description
Sambaram is what Kerala reaches for when the afternoon gets heavy. Ginger, green chilli, curry leaf and shallot, stirred through thin buttermilk. Getting it right usually means chopping and pounding, and it tastes different every time.
EcoNfuse Sambaram puts that whole masala into a dropper. Two to three drops in a glass of buttermilk and it is done, with the same balance each time and no bits to strain out.
Made with natural spice extracts. No artificial flavours, no synthetic colours, no added preservatives.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many drops of Sambaram Liquid Spice Extract (Kerala Buttermilk Masala) should I use?
2 to 3 drops per glass of buttermilk, or 10 to 12 drops for a one litre jug. Always stir it through the liquid. Never take it neat.
How should I store it?
Cool, dry place, away from sunlight. No refrigeration needed. Heat and direct sun are the only things that shorten the life of the extract.
What is the shelf life?
24 months from manufacture. The aroma does not fade once the bottle is opened, so the last glass tastes like the first.
Is this the same as sambaram masala powder?
It does the same job in the glass. The difference is that a powder settles at the bottom and needs straining, while the extract disperses evenly through cold buttermilk and stays dispersed.
What is it made of?
Spice oleoresins and a food-grade carrier. Made with natural spice extracts. No artificial flavours, no synthetic colours, no added preservatives.
Is it vegetarian and FSSAI licensed?
Yes. It is a vegetarian product manufactured in Kerala by Ecospice Ingredients Private Limited under FSSAI licence 11325999000585.
