Description

Turmeric in honey is usually done with powder, which sinks, grits and turns the jar into a sediment problem. An extract stays dispersed, so the colour and the taste are even all the way down.

Honey 99.95%, turmeric extract 0.05%, printed on the jar. Earthy, faintly peppery, and good in warm milk or over curd.

Made with natural spice extract. No artificial flavours, no synthetic colours, no added preservatives.

How to Use

• Stirred into warm milk: 1 teaspoon
• In warm water with lemon: 1 teaspoon
• Over curd or yoghurt: 1 to 2 teaspoons
• In a dressing or marinade: 1 tablespoon

Pairs with: milk, black pepper, lemon, curd, ginger.

Why has it crystallised?

Natural honey crystallises in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it returns.
