Description

Tulsi is in most Indian courtyards and in almost no honey, because fresh leaves in a jar ferment and dried leaves taste of nothing much.

This is honey with tulsi extract blended through it: herbal, slightly peppery, clean on the finish. Honey 99.95%, tulsi extract 0.05%, printed on the jar.

Made with natural herb extract. No artificial flavours, no synthetic colours, no added preservatives.

How to Use

• In warm water, first thing: 1 teaspoon
• Stirred into green or black tea: 1 teaspoon
• Straight off the spoon: 1 teaspoon
• Over curd or fruit: 1 to 2 teaspoons

Pairs with: warm water, green tea, ginger, lemon, black pepper.

Why has it crystallised?

Natural honey crystallises in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it returns.
