How to Use

• In warm water, first thing: 1 teaspoon
• Straight off the spoon: 1 teaspoon
• Stirred into black tea: 1 teaspoon
• Over pancakes or curd: 1 to 2 teaspoons

Pairs with: warm water, black tea, soda, curd, ginger biscuits.

Natural honey crystallises in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it returns.
