Cardamom Infused Honey, 40 g
Honey carrying real cardamom, not cardamom flavouring. 99.99% honey, and the rest is extract.
Description
Most flavoured honey on the shelf is honey plus an essence. Ours is honey plus the same cardamom extract that goes into our Liquid Spice range, which is drawn from the pod itself.
The proportion matters and we print it: honey 99.99%, cardamom extract 0.01%. It is honey first, with a clean cardamom lift that comes through in chai, on toast, over curd, or stirred into warm milk at night.
Made with natural spice extract. No artificial flavours, no synthetic colours, no added preservatives.

- On toast, dosa or appam: spread as it is

Frequently Asked Questions
How much Honey Infused with Cardamom Extract should I use?
A teaspoon in chai or warm milk, or spread it straight on toast. It is honey, so use it the way you use honey.
Is this flavoured honey or real cardamom?
Real cardamom. It carries the same cardamom extract used in our Liquid Spice range, drawn from the pod. It is not a cardamom essence.
Why does it say 99.99% honey?
Because that is what is in the jar, and we would rather print the number than call it pure honey. Anything with something added to it is not pure honey, whatever the label says.
Can I give it to a baby?
No. Honey of any kind should not be given to infants under 12 months.
Why has it crystallised?
Natural honey crystallises in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it returns. It is a sign the honey has not been heavily processed.
Is it vegetarian and FSSAI licensed?
Yes. Manufactured in Kerala by Ecospice Ingredients Private Limited under FSSAI licence 11325999000585.
