- 120 ml cucumber juice
- 12 ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 200 ml soda water
- ice cubes
- 1 cucumber ribbon for garnish
- 2 drops EcoNfuse Lemon Extract
- 1 drop EcoNfuse Fresh Pudina
Method
Step by step
- Extract the cucumber juice and chill it well.
- Stir in the lemon juice, 2 drops EcoNfuse Lemon Extract and sugar syrup.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the cucumber mix over.
- Top with soda water.
- Add 1 drop EcoNfuse Fresh Pudina and stir once.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and serve.
