- 30 ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 200 ml soda water
- ice cubes
- 2 drops EcoNfuse Ginger Extract
- 1 drop EcoNfuse Lemongrass Citrus Blend
Method
Step by step
- Mix the lemon juice, 2 drops EcoNfuse Ginger Extract and sugar syrup in a jug.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the mixture in.
- Top up with soda water.
- Add 1 drop EcoNfuse Lemongrass Citrus Blend and stir gently.
- Let it sit for a minute so the citrus note settles in.
- Serve chilled.
