- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 250 ml soda water
- ice cubes
- 1 lime wheel for garnish

Method
Step by step
- Stir the lime juice and sugar syrup together in a jug.
- Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Pour the lime mixture over the ice.
- Top with soda water.
