- 120 ml coconut milk
- 120 ml coconut water
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 200 ml soda water
- 2 tbsp tender coconut chunks
- ice cubes
- 1 drop EcoNfuse Lemongrass Citrus Blend
Method
Step by step
- Mix the coconut milk, coconut water and sugar syrup together.
- Fill a tall glass or tiki mug with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut mixture over the ice, filling about three-quarters of the glass.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Add 1 drop EcoNfuse Lemongrass Citrus Blend and stir once more.
- Scatter the tender coconut chunks on top and serve.
