Ingredients
What you'll need
- 25 ml lime juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 300 ml chilled soda water
- 150 g ice cubes
- 4 drops EcoNfuse Lemon Extract
- 2 drops EcoNfuse Jaljeera Masala
Method
Step by step
- Stir the lime juice, 4 drops EcoNfuse Lemon Extract and sugar syrup together in a jug.
- Fill two glasses halfway with ice and pour the lime mix over them, dividing evenly.
- Top each glass with chilled soda water and stir gently.
- Add 2 drops EcoNfuse Jaljeera Masala and stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve while still fizzing.
