- 45 ml London dry gin
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Soda water to top
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel to garnish

Method
Step by step
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and 3 drops Lemongrass Citrus Blend in a shaker.
- Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice.
- Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
