- 200 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 20 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 200 ml soda water
- 150 g ice cubes

Method
Step by step
- Stir the pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup together in a jug.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the pineapple mix over it.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to keep the fizz.
- Add 1 drop EcoNfuse Citrus Mint Blend and stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve right away.
