- 500 ml chilled milk
- 300 g muskmelon chunks
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- pistachios for garnish
- 2 drops EcoNfuse Cardamom
Method
Step by step
- Blend the muskmelon, milk, ice cream and sugar until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Stir in 2 drops EcoNfuse Cardamom.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
