- 120 g kiwi pulp
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 200 ml soda water
- 120 g ice cubes

Method
Step by step
- Blend the kiwi pulp until smooth.
- Mix in the lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice, pour the kiwi mix over it and top with soda water.
